      Pros

      Logos is the best product for what it does on the market at the moment. Great coworkers and middle management. They understand the vision and mission of the company.

      Cons

      As others here have said, where does one begin? It was purchased by a private equity firm and the trend has continued to be one of make the largest profit margin possible. That meant cutting positions, cutting compensation, and cutting programs which were a benefit to company culture. As a result, it seems like every week someone quits. Also, the "data driven" culture has lead to work being dumped on those at the bottom of the ladder. All of the extra tools which are supposed to help the company just piles up busywork for those at the bottom. The company wants to set goals? Here's a program to set those goals that you have to somehow connect to those above you without being given much clarity. The company wants to make employees feel like they can advance in the company (which is not happening)? Here's another program that you have to figure out so you know how to go up the ladder. Oh, but you would like coaching? Nah. All of the responsibility is being put on those lower down the ladder and all of the mistakes made by senior leadership end up being taken out on those lower down. As others have mentioned, it still has the remnants of a great company culture, but even those remnants are being eroded away. (Not sure if this will be hidden from prospective employees as they are switching everything over to "Logos" now)

Over the last two years, we rolled out Lattice, our talent engagement platform, in order to listen to employee feedback (via surveys!), help our workforce develop/track goals, and architect meaningful careers. In January, we started monthly leadership development sessions where we coach and develop our leaders and enable them to better support their teams. We recognize there is more work to be done and are committed to doing it.       Previously a rare gem of culture and mission being converted into an ATM for private equity

      Pros

      First and foremost the people here (old timer) are some of the best colleagues you could hope for. Even after PE takeover just the remnants of the past culture were amazing to see once I joined. Benefits overhaul was a very big positive, but not enough to compensate for the detractors that are brought in by a PE group. I was paid well and enjoyed a "mostly" unlimited PTO benefit.

      Cons

      The typical stuff. More and more duties without compensation. Layoffs, and restructuring. Lack of budget for anything (product tracking, lunches, travel, etc). No backfills, and the dilution of the unique company mission/culture into the common corporate hive-mind. Leadership seems to be applying usual strategies to squeeze more cash from the established business. I can't blame them, but wonder if they consider how changes effect this very niche user base. Lack of solid direction and planning seems to hint at great disorganization at the top. This coupled with rapid departures of well-respected and liked leaders as well as other colleagues suggest an overall downhill trajectory. Its sad.

      Fairly new CEO has taken the company down the hill. Revenue has crippled and it's obvious his lack of relevant experience
