Pros

My coworker was really a nice person. We were the only two on the "Catholic" team and were both hired at the same time. I interviewed 5 times with 5 different people for the position before it was offered.

Cons

We came on board with a lot of hype about how we were going to really make a dent in the Catholic market. We trained for 2 months before hitting the phones. One of our trainers and a top Logo's salesman became so disillusioned with new management that he left the company after 7 years. Other's followed suit. The selling price of the "Verbum" Catholic software is now selling at 50% of what we were asked to sell for on the Faithlife website.

Pros

* Unlimited Vacation * Smart people who create great things for incredible customers. * Focus on creating a better employee experience. * Focus on the future of the business.

Cons

There's no shortage of challenges at Faithlife. As many have written about at length on Glassdoor, Faithlife has gone through quite a transformation over the past 5 years. As a result, the culture of Faithilfe is fractured and it's a tension you can feel. For some, experience and great intuition hold the keys to future success. For others, data and a more scientific, measured approach will guide us to success. These are often at odds with each other. This holds true across the company whether it's how HR shapes the employee experience, how we develop products and go to market with them.
