Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits (medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement). Position allows for loan forgiveness through outside programs. Build relationships with providers. The department manager is awesome. You get to work with the community and help others.
Cons
Some supervisors are not on top of request/info employees needs. Hard to be able to go back to school at night when you may have evening events to attend. Some coworkers take advantage of you if you don't know how to step up to the game and tell them to do their own work. Similar to a Social Worker position and expect you to do a lot with pay not being that great for those who actually do more and are on top of their game.
