Personal reasons, I felt there were several employees, including me that were treated unfairly. Several of us had went to HR about the dept manager and nothing has been done about anything, still. The stress load is very heavy and the manager was foul mouthed and very hateful most times.

Management can be unfocused and can lean too heavily on a disciplinarian approach rather than positive motivation. Lower than average pay rates and petty HR regulations lead to frequent turnover.
