Pros

Lots of free food, free movies, and some nice people

Cons

This company is stacked against anyone who is not in the 1%. There is zero diversity, and HR could care less. If you buy their movie tickets, you are supporting racism. The entire Managment staff was handed their position and have ZERO management ability. They took a survey, and it was so horrible they didn't know if they could report the findings to NBC.

Pros

Perks-they are great-who doesn’t like free movies. Benefits-also great. The building-amazing and it is in where you expect to find an executive team like this…Beverly Hills.

Cons

The company tries to make us believe they care and are addressing diversity, but anyone internally can see there is an ivory tower the leadership teams sits in and that they are all the text book image of WHITE PRIVILEGE. There are a lot of female employees-and growing - in most levels of the organization, but they look pretty 1% to everyone…..i mean…white. NBCU and their red tape is a daily reality and more corporate soldiers are showing up and stripping the culture from this place. The executives don’t really interact with anyone below a director level because they are too busy playing war games with each other and you really only get to hear them gossip about each other-I guess that’s something they learned in their Ivy league schools. The key to all the disfunction is the president who is a piece of work. Watching him in action is like watching a bad politician in a red hat trying to spin all the ‘fake news’. I would say people should complain to HR or NBCU but we have all seen what happens to employees that go against the grain….they magically disappear. Either way trust it will turn out well so just keep your head down.
