FareHarbor is the bomb

Pros

FareHarbor is my dream job. I'm on the sales team and we are all super tight and are killing it. We are only asked to work 40 hours/wk but all of us come in early and leave late. It's not uncommon for us to stay late and get order dinner here. No one tells us to stay late... we just do it because we love it. Even when we get together on the weekends we can't stop talking about our clients. We're slightly obsessed, but it's amazing. The best part about it is that management doesn't micro manage us. They give us targets and tools to be successful but as long as we are absolutely crushing it, they don't mess with us. If we need help, they are there to help. If we want to be left alone for a day so we can make 100 calls, we can just go do that. If I have an idea that will work better, I suggest it, and if everyone agrees, we will adapt and change on the fly. We interact with all of the other offices, but mostly Denver. I work primarily with the Onboarding team. They are the best. Everyone in Needham loves Denver as a whole, but onboarding especially because we work with them all day every day getting companies live. Love you onboarding!

Cons

There have been some recent bad reviews coming out of the Denver office and it's been distracting to some people. Everyone's wondering who it was (if you're unhappy why are you still here?.......)

Pros

FareHarbor is an incredibly driven, tight knit group of determined individuals. This means that working hard is something people are proud of and those that simply want to "have a job" need not apply. Our clients expect that FareHarbor is always there for them and people that work here need to be ready to deliver on that expectation. Everyone at FareHarbor is like a giant family (ohana) where it isn't about who made a mistake but rather how we can all work together to get more done! Everyone here genuinely cares about each other. It is exciting to go to work and knowing that you are really helping businesses become more successful is truly rewarding. There is nothing better than a client telling you to come visit so they can thank you for everything we do!

Cons

In sales there are always a few bumps. But the support FareHarbor gives you makes it easy to shake it off and onto the next one.

Lots of energy and excitement in the office with all of the growth, good location in Denver w/ restaurants street parking and happy hours, flexible vacation policy, friendly and helpful people, team-oriented company. Coworkers bring their hustle to do what's best for the company and the customers. Work/life balance. Fun and sharp peers.

Cons

No medical insurance stipend for family members, lower salaries compare to the Denver market, little training
