Pros

If you were to ask me when I graduated from college if I would be one of those people that smiled walking into the office everyday, I would have said no freaking way. Thank god I found this company. This has been one of the most exciting times I have ever had being a part of something, and the growth we are experiencing is just out of control. If you are looking to join one of the fastest growing, fun loving, and family cultured companies in the world, take the chance and send in your resume to FareHarbor.

Cons

With all sales jobs, there are hard days. A true salesman is not judged by how many angry people they speak to on the phone, its how the stay motivated and continue to push on. The only con I have ever faced in this job has been a few hard days on the phones.

Pros

Joining the FareHarbor team was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The company strives to deliver the best product possible while remembering where it came from. The people here are amazing and work together to give the customer what they need. People here love to meet up outside of work; whether its a trip to the mountains, happy hour, or a Rockies game.

Cons

The laid-back environment could be hard to adjust to when trying to self-motivate. In order to excel, you must put in the extra-work and always be willing to learn more.

Pros

FareHarbor has a very laid back atmosphere. There's a strong West Coast/Hawaii/Surfer vibe that starts from the top of the company and works down. Strong benefit plan for a tech startup. Very little micromanagement. There's plenty of room to work and set up and establish your own workflow for completing your tasks.

Cons

Because of their rapidly growing size, the company is going through a few growing pains, but these are all being worked on.
