Pros

FareHarbor is a company like no other. It is growing at a rapid speed which is absolutely amazing and the product great. The culture of the office is very positive and fun! Everyone loves what they are doing and works well together and it is very team-orientated and there is a lot of drive amongst the employees. It makes it for a fun and challenging environment to work in. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, I am really excited for the future of the company!

Cons

You have to be driven and self-motivated but be able to work well in a team which could be seen as a negative to some, but I love that mentality behind an organization.

Pros

Good culture. Coworkers are fun to hang out with. Small enough to get to wear multiple hats. Flexible schedule, great benefits. Everyone in the San Francisco office is really smart and good at what they do, which provides a lot of opportunities for learning and mentorship.

Cons

San Francisco office is small, though I'm assuming that will change in the near future.
