Pros

FareHarbor fosters an extremely positive and supportive work environment. FareHarbor provides an opportunity to learn every single day.. without being micromanaged! I feel both challenged and appreciated every day. Senior management is approachable while still remaining driven and innovative. No department feels closed off, even if we are in different offices.

Cons

Employees need to be driven and self-motivated to grow here. Need to be adaptable and resourceful as well. I love the challenge, but these could be cons for others.

Pros

By far the funniest, hardest working, and most talented group of co-workers I have ever worked with. Add to that an incredible work culture and the fact that we offer the best reservation software on the market - it was the best decision I ever made to apply to this company.

Cons

There is literally no cons to working here. Maybe that there's a lot of good restaurants in the office's neighborhood that are extremely tempting to eat at daily.

The company culture is unlike any other! It is a very positive, fun, fast-paced work environment full of highly motivated people. There's no micromanaging or cut-throat sales. You get to learn something new everyday and have a lot of opportunity to grow within the company. I love being part of such an exciting team.
