Pros
I work in a corporate role, rather than an agent's office. Great bosses are hard to find, and mine are the best I've ever had. They are fair, support our professional development, and actually listen when we have questions and problems. Good working environment and they're always trying to make changes for the better for both us as the employees, as well as for agents and insureds (sometimes it's a slow process, but I know we try!)
Cons
Overtime is sometimes needed (although has never been mandatory), and the workload can feel overwhelming at times, but we have a good team environment and work through it.
