Pros
Fellow agents, nice environment in that regard.
Cons
Where do I start. If you are reading this, RUN. They will fill your head up with all these promises and how they are an ethical, caring company that is different than all the other insurance companies. This could not be further from the truth. They literally go completely against their mission statement "protecting families...." I was one of the more successful agents out of the 10 in my office (I had been there about a year and a half). Unfortunately, my family and I were in a terrible accident and because the trainer (who is supposed to tell you CORRECT information regarding policy coverage) told me incorrect information and actually took the coverage off my own policy when I was a brand new agent in my first week, it destroyed my family. What did they do to rectify the situation might you ask? They denied everything (even though all the agents in my office were told the same wrong information from this trainer). BOTTOM LINE: Unethical company who only wants to benefit themselves. They will do whatever it takes to get out of any liability on their part, even if it means deeply affecting families. If this sounds like a company you want to be a part of, great. Only about 5% of agents make it past a year or so for a reason. They just want your business then run you out. Don't say I didn't warn you.
