Decent Company to work at

Pros

- most positions seem to have flexible(ish) work hours and many people are able to work from home. - small(ish) company so you get to work with and get to know many executive members, VP's, the CEO - not overly stressful- work/life balance is great! They are good about taking vacation days off and most managers don't mind if you take a few extra days off as long as they see that you work hard and are committed to your job.

Cons

- financial systems are outdated. The way that budgeting is done is very unsophisticated and causes issues because changes are not tracked so you don't know who to ask when you notice that a line in your budget was changed. - compensation slightly below average
