Pros

nice people top to bottom. Managers seem to care. This company is well known source of information for farmers, and there is a sense of mission that has been going on for 150 years.

Cons

CEO is a bit of a wild man. He has a reputation for drinking too much, yelling, and making erratic decisions

Pros

Farm Journal doubled the size of the company with a large acquisition in December 2015, and that growth has created opportunities for existing staff to learn more, grow, and move into bigger roles. There is nothing you can't do here.

Cons

As with any acquisition, it sometimes takes some time for everyone to be on the same page with culture. 7 months in and we're getting it. It's clicking.
