Pros

The company is in a state of constantly growing and expanding. There's room to move to different departments and try out new positions once you get experience.

Cons

Certain departments are known for having cliques. If you didn't start when they did, or know someone who works there previously, good luck fitting in. Management will call a meeting on a whim at any time. The job itself is very repetitive. If you don't make your daily goals for the day, be prepared to hear about it the next day.

Pros

Good work environment, laid back management. There's a lot of change and growth at present, which holds the potential for new opportunities and responsibilities.

Cons

Not always enough communication from management or the sense that what you're doing is going to matter to anyone but you.
