Pros

They have good commercials that people recognize and enjoy. They taught me why insurance companies have such bad reputations.

Cons

They leave you feeling like they only wanted your book of business. Their agency point program set you up to fail. They require you to pay money for advertising them. Despite what they say their products are not competitive. Training requires 20+ hours a day.

Pros

Solid training program, great brand name. Plenty of bonus potential.

Cons

Everyone that was interviewed in my group got a job, flooding the market with agents makes it hard to build a book of business. Free leads are a joke. Starting out can be rough unless you know a great deal of family/friends that want to buy from you.
