cold calling, no real help. if you can't survive 2-3 years with a low income don't do it.

Flexibility and ability to manage yourself on your own time.

Cons

Horrible to "meh" management, severely underpaid for your work after 'charge backs', and things are not always as they seem. As an agent, they throw you out into the business world with no guidance.

Good product array, good financial service products, good contract for agents again.

Cons

Highest price in insurance on a lot of products. Poor agency support and unrealistic expectations. Unreliable computer systems and horrible upper management. Over promises and no follow through on the company side. Customer experience is horrible.
