Unbelievable amount of changes within a 3 year period. I worked there for over 8 years. I thought I would be their "future". What they wanted for their future was only big time agents and they wished they were more like State Farm then actually remaining in their own niche. In the past 3 years bonuses changed. Compensation and commissions changed (commissions that had been the same for 25 years). Every type of qualification changed. Rate increases 3 times a year over multitudes of products. No recognition unless you're the #1 agent in the company or like them. The reality is that this company is loosing its footing in a competitive marketplace and have no idea how to overcome that. So the responsibility was placed on all agents to get them back to the top- even though on a company level, they weren't doing their job to remain competitive. My guess is that soon this company will be bought or sold.
