Pros

Have learned so much and my manager is wonderful. Always has my back and never micro manages. After serving for 10 years it is so nice to work somewhere that the customer is NOT always right, and your boss isn't always trying to give free stuff to people who get mad.

Cons

It's a franchise, so the owner has a bunch of family working in higher up positions. His grandson is just an outside sales rep who DOES try to micro manage and throw his family ties around to make himself seem bigger than he really is. All with a smile on his face and a holier than thou comlplex. Also, not a lot of room for career growth. Whatever position you're hired as, is pretty much your ceiling
