Pros

Fast paced, interesting industry, no nights or weekends.

Cons

Store I worked at was under staffed. The owners have high employee turnover because of the way they treat employees. Yelling/screaming at someone will not motivate or educate them, only make them leave. Each store in an independent franchise, so management, training, work environment will vary store to store. Husband and wife at my store were very poor in their "people skills." They created a lot of stress in the store with their constant bickering, micro managing of employees, contradicting rules, etc... FASTSIGNS has potential but only if you are lucky at the right store.

Pros

Everyday is different, opportunity to learn a lot of new skills,

Cons

Low pay and benefits, completely up to individual franchise owner so it all depends on what they want to give you. Small business run by husband/wife so there is constant bickering.
