Interacting with customers when installing signage and seeing the look on their faces at the completed project.

Cons

Some of the downsides for me were there was no where else for me to go up wise and the pay.

Pros

Paid Holidays, Hands-on experience. Corporate support is decent. Steady work... and a large portion of the production end of the jobs they provide can be done by just about anyone.

Cons

No benefits. Obvious career ceiling (at least at this location) Poor / no management. Has since been purchased by new owner... so things may have changed.
