Pros

Great staff, a nationally known franchise, well-respected, efficiently run, room for creativity, lots of corporate resources and support, up to date technology, opportunities to learn new technology.

Cons

Instant deadlines can be a challenge - not always realistic, can be frustrating when the customer doesn't listen to or trust your professional advice or opinion, a tendency to promise services that they may not have the resources to follow through on in a timely fashion.
