Pros

Worked with a great team and had lots of opportunity to try different parts of the job. I learned a lot working here, and felt I was given the opportunity to try a lot of things I hadn’t before. Owners were generous with gifts and food.

Cons

Not given much guidance on pricing for customers. Goals were pushed and pushed so that we could never receive our bonuses.

• Relatively low-stress • Decent hours with a good work/life balance (work stays at work) • Kind, close-knit coworkers • Opportunity to get different kinds of experience in the sign industry and work on some very interesting projects

Cons

• If you work in the back of the house you will be on your feet most of the day • Occasionally, having multiple large or multi-part projects at the same time can be a little overwhelming
