*non-engineering comp seems more than competitive *super smart people *shockingly high willingness towards cross-functional collaboration *extremely open-door policy from leaders *high autonomy and empowerment to make creative decisions

Cons

*definitely some growing pains right now *weird push to be in-office that comes across as tone-deaf and real estate-focused, not performance-focused *seems like a lot of teams are pretty lean, and rely heavily on the same people for everything

- You'll meet some cool people - Good benefits, work/life balance, unlimited PTO - Wellness days

Cons

- The most common solution to any frustrations you share with your manager is to "explore other opportunities" externally at other companies - Seems like only those who are explicitly vocal about how long and hard they work get promotions -- I've seen plenty of people get passed over because they weren't as vocal about how many hours they put in - Couldn't tell you what half the company does - Culture used to be amazing, but it took a drastic turn for the worse when Joshua stepped down from CEO and original C-level leaders changed over - Lots of opportunities to provide company feedback, but nothing comes of it -- it's all for show - Pay is not great
