Cons

Management has no respect for your personal time, they expect you to be flexible and come to work every day including weekends without overtime pay or comp days. The deadlines are not reasonable so they expect half studied products to make it in the market.

Non-legacy executive management (scientists, operators, analysts, associates) are very hardworking, highly intelligent, and friendly. Pay is above average. Platform is novel and innovative.

Cons

Legacy executive management (Chief level, Sr.VPs) are textbook toxic leadership, openly being hostile towards anyone or any department that do not fall into their cult mentality. If you fall out of favor from the CDO or Sr.VP Quality, your career at Fate is essentially over. Very unprofessional behavior at the executive level, openly gossiping and badmouthing other VPs/employees/departments/collaborators in front of staff; manipulating employees to be unhealthily competitive with each other; using intimidation to bully employees to act/behave the way they want.
