They will overwork you to the point of exhaustion and when you request work life balance they punish you by not giving you opportunities, not promoting you, or withholding you from projects and experiences you could’ve had had you not said anything. If you ever have problems with your coworkers or even your supervisors don’t bother reporting because their HR department would first silence you than do anything for you. Keep your head down and leave or they will come for you and your career.. or whatever “career” they allow you to have. That’s another thing don’t think you can switch departments, unless you’re a favorite you’re not going anywhere. Oh yea the favoritism here is off the charts. So enter at your own risk. Honestly the most TOXIC work environment I’ve EVER had the displeasure of being in. If you’re not in a hurry to leave whatever situation you’re in right now STEER CLEAR of this one.

Executive management is the major problem at Fate. Product development based on timelines only, execs that lead by invoking fear and toxicity into the organization to cover up their lack of regulatory experience and product development experience, telling folks to work harder without supporting any time off, playing the blame game etc etc. This company could be a study on how not to lead. Unfortunately I don’t think anything was learned from the layoffs nor comments here on GlassDoor.
