My first four years at this institution were positive and managed well by considerate and effective supervisors. Physical and equipment upgrades to the college were laudable.

Cons

High turnover. Harassment: last minute changes in textbooks, class scheduling, syllabus design, night classes and 8 am start of class, loading classes with troubled students, last to have an upgrade office computer, rampant glitches on computer to printer settings, contradictory instructional policies regarding critical thinking, executive policies undermined at mid and low level management, favoritism, clannishness, low pay, top heavy overpaid senior managerial class designed to service retired military officers

Students and earning credit toward state retirement.

Cons

Administrators from top rung down concentrates only on the numbers, especially those that help them keep the federal Pell and VA dollars flowing. If you question or bring it up to management, a target is put on your back and a red-faced, anger President will be gunning for you
