Very good culinary environment to learn not only cooking skills,but also manager skills in a high volume kitchen setting!

Cons

Most of the people you manage are students that have never been in a kitchen where Serve Safe rules and regulations are vital to work by.

The students are fantastic. Eager to learn, invested in the process. They are a joy to instruct and help.

Cons

The administration is abysmal. From VP's with no real experience in higher education leadership downward ->very poor. Many things that administrators should know seem to be lost here. From how to calculate credit hour workloads to rubrics to any type of curriculum alignment is backwards.
