Favs are the only people promoted!!! The higher ups do not care about the little people who are actually interacting with the students. This place made me realize why so many people are leaving education....they sucked the passion right out of me!!!

You can find great people who work here but many are overcome with low morale.

Cons

FTCC is a bureaucratic nightmare and the leadership is terrible. This place breeds low morale.
