Room for growth, nice people

Cons

Bosses don’t act like bosses when they need to. Departments compete with each other and expect everything to be done perfectly, even when they don’t give enough details or instructions on how they want something done. I know a college is a business, but there is an extreme lack of care for students at this school. Very sad when they have the potential to be really great.

Great coworkers, boss was very understanding & worked with me on my schedule with children.

Cons

Main admin has no idea of what is going on with admissions, students & instructors. They’ve forgotten about the students & concentrate more on numbers. Therefore, it hampers what an employee can do to help students.
