Had to train most of the managers because they'll hire anybody into a manager position as long as you can answer interview questions in a format but the people who deserve management will never get promoted people who don't need to be managers they promote and then wonder why they fail all the time because managers don't know how to train other managers because none of them know how to do the job correctly that's why even the managers are part-time

Turnover is a big deal. Staffing can be inconsistent at times. Steady flow of new hires coming in and out.
