Decent place to work if you can handle direct labor jobs (the freight business is not for everyone).

Pros

Decent pay (as a wall), tuition assistance (Re-imbursement) great benefits (when you become eligible)

Cons

they don't give OT very often if ever. They also do not allow you to work 40 hrs when you are a full time emp. (you are stopped at 37.5; don't know how they arrive at that number)
