A good place to earn good money.

Pros

The better you work, the more hours you work. Good pay for nothing more than a high school diploma. Able to pick up extra shifts.

Cons

Physically demanding job. Managers in my building rarely try to transfer or get promoted so it can be extremely difficult to move up as there are no open positions.

Pros

The management is very supportive and will encourage you to do your best work. The enviornment and people seem to be very friendly. If you do your job correctly and with good effort, most people will like you.

Cons

The fact that the highest paid employees work at night, if you aren't a night person, or can't work at night you have to settle for a lower pay during the 2nd shift.
