Starting out there weren't that many hours but the longer you are there you can advance in the company a become full-time. Weather conditions are always a bummer. Workload can be overwhelming at times especially during the holiday season. Consistency was always an issues as well. There is always something they can do better as company to move forward. There are always cons in a workplace.

the only one i can think of if any would be not enough hours, 2-3 extra hours wouldnt be so bad a total of 5-6 hrs a day
