New leadership next year might bring stability and build trust with staff.

Cons

It’s hard to understand why the board didn’t make top leadership changes years ago. Hopefully now, with this change, the staff and organization can begin to heal and stabilize.

The mission is important and good.

Cons

Everything else is bad. One recent post said they take DEI seriously. Well apparently DEI is now 'illegal' according to the organization. Toxic people with multiple complaints and ongoing investigations with HR are kept on. People of color are the first to be let go? This place is a fundraising machine and nothing else, and is a bad one at that.

Is a good flexible organization with good benefits and decent salary. People are very kind and knowledgeable. They try hard to be better, is a great place to get experience.

Cons

Hiriarcle structure, perfectionism rules, still way to go to be a social justice organization. White savorism with "good intentions". It is hard to challenge the status quo, women of color have a hard time getting promoted.
