Great organization, disappointing management

Pros

Great mission, excellent benefits, competitive pay.

Cons

Ineffective HR, very hierarchical (this is evident in how higher ups treat employees), clique-ish lunch room culture, and bad managers (depending on who you report to) with no way to have their bad behavior effectively addressed.
