good mission and pay, and work/life balance is great because depending on the department there may be very little expectation of showing up to work

Cons

disconnect between leadership and people we serve, culture ripe for laziness and entitlement, promotions are randomly and regularly handed out to senior staff, extremely hierarchical for the sake of padding egos

The mission is the best.

Cons

It has been said that HR is writing these positive reviews to offset reviews of the staff. The culture needs a serious revamp and I hope the new CEO is up to the challenge. The old CEO wasn’t the only problem in our culture.

great vision; effective at getting food to people; fantastic new 2025 goals with recently added innovative ideas and leaders who looked at the future and knew we had to change

Cons

long tenured employees who want everything to be as it always was. They live in a closed circle and are not open or welcoming. Hard to take risks or trust
