Pros
The new headquarters in Palmetto, FL is huge and state of the art. Rehearsals for shows are held here as well. There are a lot of departments and if you know the right people, you might find opportunity outside of your department. The 24 complimentary show tickets for employees is nice and exposure to the Ringling Brothers, Disney, Marvel, Monster, Supercross and other brands is valuable. There are some pretty decent people running the company including some of the top level executives and the heads of certain departments. The prestige and reputation of the company is admirable. There is a lot going on at Feld right now including the new Marvel Universe LIVE show and it's exciting to be a part of it.
Cons
The salaries in the entertainment industry is not that high. The communication between departments can be improved and become more efficient. People in certain departments have a sense of superiority and look down upon those in other departments. Some departments seem to have micro-management and have stricter environments than others. Some positions/departments have incredibly busy, hectic schedules due to the non-stop nature of the live entertainment industry and the work life balance for some might be affected. What kind of experience you end up having depends on which department you end up in.
