      This is a great place if you are trying to get your foot in the door this is also a great place to be for internship

      Cons

      No work life balance benefits are not great they expect you to work for free and then yell at you when you do the work management talks poorly about those they do no like to peers not in leadership; the CFO does this.

      Pros

      Major pro is the culture. Very inviting. Staff care about how you are doing. A lot of check-ins. If staff don’t know answers to your questions they will help you find answers. Flexible scheduling works really well for a busy life but can be tricky at first. Supervisors are helpful and care. Staff have the same goals, very client focused.

      Cons

      Flexibility is hard right away. Different than a lot of other jobs. Meeting clients where they are at is a hard balance. Pay is lower than other agencies.
