Pros

Smart People (that aren't arrogant) Flexible management that treats people like human adults Very flat organization, all ideas are considered equally Worklife balance is a real thing (unlimited PTO for real not just to say it is a thing) Unicorn Commitment to diversity

Cons

Chaos, if you like working at a bank, you probably won't like Fetch Nothing is off the table in regard to tooling, which can make things hard to track Praise is hard-earned, not a place for people that need a constant pat on the back

We are so humbled and honored that you would describe this as the best job you’ve ever had. You’ve highlighted Trust and Diversity here, two of our four core values: this means a great deal to us. Our Diversity and Inclusion Specialist has done incredible work in driving DEI efforts, and we promise to continue our commitment to DEI, employee wellness, and work-life balance. So happy you’re with us on the rocket ship!

Pros

They care about their employees, as work is fully remote with some office locations around the country. Pack structure is really helpful for moving quickly without a lot of bureaucracy. Pay is competitive and stress is low.

Cons

Onboarding process is still being refined, first few weeks are a little confusing.

We are so humbled by your kind words, and yes, we do absolutely care about our employees. Remote work is not going anywhere, and we promise to continue our commitment to employee growth, wellness, and work/life balance. We are also investing quite a bit in Fetch University and other learning and development programs in 2022, so prepare for some exciting new training ahead!
