It's a house of cards

Pros

There are pockets of really good people.

Cons

Leadership is not aligned in any way, shape, or form. There was blatant sexual harassment, HR was even aware and refused to act. Money is not wisely spent. Half of the company is led by a person that berates their people publicly and creates a toxic environment. Many are at a loss to understand why this is allowed to continue; their achievements are not so great that they excuse this behavior.

Hi -- thanks for leaving a review. I'm dismayed that you mention sexual harassment occurring (or having occurred) at Fetch. I'd love to follow up and learn more, as I'm not aware of any sexual harassment, past or present, at Fetch; that is something that we take gravely seriously and would act on immediately upon being made aware. I see that you're a former employee, but if you feel comfortable, please reach out to me, even anonymously, at r.olchowka@fetchrewards.com. -Rachel Olchowka, CPO.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Good leadership besides executives Company growth Comp is above average

Cons

CTO is Dunning-Kruger effect as a person Programs, projects, and teams will be called “worthless ****” because he doesn’t understand it. Remote-first culture is being forced into in-office. Teams understaffed because of exclusive hiring in areas with limited tech talent.

Pros

Promising technology. Promising investors. Some terrible "leaders" have left the company.

Cons

-“Leadership” is inexperienced. HR operations and structure are in disarray. They have frantically move people around to position they are not qualified for. -They do not put people first. -They do not follow the values they advertise -The customer service team is run like a sweatshop. Totally micro manages employees and severely under pays them. -Tech team is toxic. Total bro culture. Expect to be yelled at and humiliated in front of others. -And “legal” is so green they don’t have a clue as to basic agreements, it’s laughable. Beware of what you sign with this company.
