this is one of the most toxic cultures i’ve been apart of. several product designers and PMs have left because the C suite is degrading and openly berates people in meetings with our peers. CPO has some mystical vision but no milestones or goal posts to get there so when people can’t read his mind their have been frequent firings at the drop of a hat — the CPO has gone thru so many directors and PMs now there’s noone left to hire, and he regularly makes inappropriate comments. morale is very low, everyone is in edge wondering when they’re on the chopping block next. to make matters worse they fired the Director of product design who bc they didn’t share the cpo vision and put an art director in charge of a group of product designers. The CEO was recently informed of all of this by several colleagues and looked the other way so he’s not much better. long story short, this place is a joke. for HRs part, firings have occurred for people speaking up about these concerning management team behaviors that were shared in exit interviews. lots of fear of retaliation. they delete reviews from glassdoor which gives them a suspiciously positive appearance (confirmed by 2 hr employees).
