Pros

If you like to fly by the seat of your pants, have fun and open teammates, and be around a lot of people who are truly bought into a company -- Fetch is the place for you. There is lots of innovation happening in the digital retailing space and Fetch is quick to pick up on trends and build products for the user. They are rapidly growing and people are really excited about.

Cons

No one knows what their job is. This is now a ~200 person company operating as if they have 25 employees. It has become very bottom heavy in the sense that there are a lot of associate level employees and then senior leadership with no middle management. There is no organization to projects and anything foundational/sustainability is ignored due to laser focus on rapid user growth. Also, the health insurance is a small company our of WI and is really confusing. It's under 'Multiplan' but takes every provider ages to figure out wtf it is.
