Glad to hear that you're feeling good about our flexible hybrid workplace policy, where groups set their own policies based on what works best for their teams. You're right that things change quickly around here -- in fact, "speed" is one of our values. Sticking with the same performance standards forever, even as circumstances change and processes get more efficient, wouldn't serve anybody.
