Pros

Great work environment. Friendly folks. Dogs are great!

Cons

Pay could be improved. Many great workers leave due to the low pay at Fetch.

Pros

- Great working environment - You can bring your dog to work! - Great location over looking Lake Monona. - Lot's of opportunities to move up with hard work as the company is growing and always evolving. - Everyone from management to coworkers are very approachable and always willing to help. - Being a startup, your ideas are ACTUALLY heard and most are implemented. - Offers a rare chance to really impact/improve not only the company itself but a major industry and millions of consumers.

Cons

- Being a startup there can sometimes be longer days when a "All hands on deck" moment arises. - (Con for some fun for others) Be comfortable being uncomfortable as startups incorporate constant change. - Pay is below the industry average (not terrible and not uncommon for startups) in most positions for now as Fetch is still a young company trying to establish itself.

Pros

- Great office location and vibe - Generous Time Off policy - Some members of the team were wonderful to work with - There were moments where you could get "caught up" and feel like you were part of something bigger.

Cons

- Constantly changing procedures/processes/methods. Processes were often abandoned before they had the chance to be fully vetted. - Poor communication between teams, and very top-heavy management structure. - There is a really awkward environment where the CEO's school buddies can get away with murder, while everyone else has to pick up the slack, and is held to higher expectations. - Lack of accountability/transparency for business processes. - "Management" was either incredibly micro-managing during slow times, or very hands off when you actually needed help. VPs are young, and don't have the management skills needed to successfully run teams. - Business goals were unrealistic, and didn't reflect the experience of people doing the day to day work. - Dishonest supervisors. - Low compensation versus hours worked.
