Pros

- Have the ability to make an immediate impact. - Access to AI tools rarely offered at other companies. Experimentation and innovation is encouraged, so the company and employees stay ahead of the AI game - Excellent benefits, equity, compensation package. - Engagement surveys are sent anonymously, so you can give honest feedback, and I've seen the company make improvements based on that. It made me feel like my feedback was heard.

Cons

- If you like highly structured environments where every part of your day is clearly mapped out, it's probably not the best environment, at least for now. - Things may change as Fetch grows, but its very self-starter and entrepreneurial. Thats what I love about it, but again, not for everyone.

Pros

Nice people, decent pay, you get to work from home whenever and great vacation policy

Cons

The executive leadership here is absolutely clueless. Things were growing nicely until a new executive team started rolling in around 2022. Now we’re just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks with no real sustainable business model. Pretty much just copying whatever exec team is jealous other companies are doing, it’s comedy at this point. Growth has hit the proverbial wall and our last round of funding completely fell through because of it. Now we’re in the debt trap with real way out. Employees with equity are likely worthless at this point. Leadership are political animals pitting people against each other for survival constantly. It’s so toxic here it’s unbelievable.

Survivor's Guilt

Pros

- competitive pay - benefits package - flex PTO - learning capabilities and growth (personal)

Cons

- leadership has made a turn for the worse - the layoffs have been gut-wrenching - we no longer have a people driven QA team - AI-first mentality is drastically affecting quality, morale and trust - at this point, I'm working in a fight or flight (survival mode) capacity - obvious favoritism (I've been on both sides) - extreme toxicity and lies - they only want "yes" men and speed (their true values) - no focus, too many grandiose ideations
