Pros
- If you are a self-starter and have the necessary skills to make an impact in the product that the company makes you can do well. If you deliver results, the manager will recognize your effort and reward you accordingly. There are office politics like most companies but you also have a lot of freedom to get the work done since it's not a large company
Cons
Lack of thought leadership and investments in a salesforce. The company has built some really good products but doesn't have a strong marketing or sales team so a lot of the value that they generate often gets unnoticed or unpublished. There is a general lack of adoption of new marketing methods and that's due to the company being run by people who come from an operations background.
