      Cons

      Absolutely no benefits. No PTO. No sick days. Worst healthcare imaginable. No paid holidays. No 401k match. They don’t care about contractors.

      Fidelity Talent Source treats you like a number. There are no benefits. Literally ZERO! There is no communication from Fidelity Talent Source end once you are placed. Overall, its better to work for other consulting company than this! Practically this is a cheap body shop company!
