Pros

good people, nice enough work enviroment but benefits are disgraceful

Cons

Medical / Dental Insurance - Reliance Standard Life Insurance my doctor and dentists have not been able to get their third party benefits administrator to pay any claims in the 2+ years that I have worked there ... they take $200/month from my paychecks every month, provide ID cards, but never pay any claims submitted from doctor/dentist - IT IS A SCAM

Temp Job in Data Capture

Pros

Learn Valuable data capture processing skills and learn to handle sensitive information. Decent hours as well 7:30am to 4:00pm plus overtime is available especially in the busy season. Not much experience is needed in this role plus they train you proficiently. Hybrid work model balancing remote work and time in the office going forward.

Cons

Health insurance, benefits, wage, not much opportunity for advancement.

Pros

You have the option to work unlimited overtime

Cons

Training is very poor, management is not organized. This is a call center job that will send you to the phones without proper training. You will be expected to meet certain criteria and statistics in the training environment. They will not cut you any slack if you make a mistake. You will be scolded if your break is a minute longer than it should be. The shift is 8:30-5 and there are two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch. There is no benefits or PTO. Even if you have a family emergency. You are expected to take an "unplanned absence" and not get paid or it. You also will not be paid for holidays.
