Pros

They recently hired a new sales VP who gets it and isn't pretending like everything is great and happy when it's not. I hope she is successful at bringing change. Generally fun customers to work with who love the product.

Cons

I don’t know where to begin. So much is so wrong at Figma right now. There is no clear direction to how we attain our number and leadership has changed their narrative and focus so many times over the last year. The market is over saturated and our (few) customers in our books are so, so sick of being sold to. It’s nearly impossible to articulate the value that we bring to our customers because everything but the design product is half-baked or wildly over-priced. It’s impossible to sell here at the moment and career progression is not always based on merit and typically rewarded to those willing to play into politics.

Pros

- Nice benefits - Brand Recognition

Cons

- Worst Work Life Balance ever - Middle Management is extremely unhelpful - Toxic Work Culture and everyone is close to a burnout - Check Blind or talk to friends you know in the business before you join - SO MANY people leaving the business without explanation/next plan lined up because of how unsupported they feel - Very USA driven almost no autonomy for EMEA region - People are stuck in their roles for AGES without a path forward and if someone does get promoted it's almost all hush hush like why? - So many people leave the business and you almost never get to know what, when and why until you message them - Figma has gone to dogs in the last couple of years and it's crumbling down now
