Pros

The pay (when you start) is competitive and proper for the role you take upon being hired. The teams are friendly, and some of the supervisors are qualified for their roles.

Cons

Compensation is rarely adjusted, regardless of increases in responsibilities or the capability of the employee. The company consistently sets deadlines/guidelines for procedures and fails to adhere/follow through. There is little to no transparency/communication from the top down. Decisions often blind side the employee's (CSA's). Day by day, the overwhelming feeling of expendability is constantly reinforced by the seemingly unending changes they implement with no concern as to how it affects their workforce. Very few individuals within this company are qualified for their roles and it's evident, Most individuals in management are either uninformed or unwilling to openly communicate. The company boasts ideals of selecting the right individual for the right role regardless of seniority, however, that is just another self imposed policy they fail to adhere to. Internal growth is "promoted" at first glance, however, the company makes it evident they want to keep you in the role you start in if at all possible. Leadership allows approximately 10 minutes per month to hear feedback/answer questions from the team at large. Often times, those 10 minutes are cut short and questions are left unanswered.

Pros

Paid insurance, as long as you don’t mind high co-pays.

Cons

They don’t believe in annual reviews or raises. Been with them 2+ years while everything for basic living cost goes up, oh well CEO does not believe in cost of living raises. But don’t worry merrit increases don’t happen either as HR points at management and management points at HR and they will continue to kick down the line any review for increase. When they do get around to finally giving you a raise it’s laughable; not quite pennies but a few quarters and a dime if you’re lucky. Literally not even a percentage point of an increase. But don’t worry the CEO and all the other higher ups are definitely getting their pay increases and bonuses. And recognition, just depends on who management likes that week/month. Those who actually have good numbers and get things done rarely, if ever, get recognized.

Pros

Good pay There is a 5 word minimum, but there is nothing else good about Figure anymore. 1 yr ago, this review would have been a 5 star review, but they no longer care about the employees, only the money that the C-suite can make.

Cons

No music allowed while working No phones allowed Barely hybrid (1 prespecified day alloted/required to wfh each week), while claiming to be "hybrid friendly" They continuously are showing to everyone in the company that they care about money more than they do their enployees. Monthly changes to the role and expectations, but you are still expected to remain conaistent in your performance and over achieve in order to get a promotion or bonus. HR does not listen to feedback and are essentially parrots of the managers, literally pointless roles at this point. C-suite does everything in their power to make it more difficult and less appealing to work there
